Where is Flossie’s based?
We're proudly located in Atlanta, GA!
 

Why isn't your cotton candy colorful?
We use dye-free, organic sugar for our cotton candy. We add delicious toppings to help bring the texture and fun!
 

Where do you get your cotton candy sugar?
We make all of our cotton candy sugars in house using organic cane sugar and natural ingredients. 
 

Are your products allergy-friendly?

Our cotton candy is gluten-free and vegan. Please contact us regarding specific allergy concerns. 

EVENTS FAQs

What types of events do you serve?
Corporate events, weddings, private parties, school events, festivals, you name it! You've got a crowd? We'll spin the clouds!
 

Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date. The remaining balance is due no later than the day of the event.

Is a credit card required?
A valid credit card is required to be held on file at the time of booking. Your preferred payment method may be updated at any time prior to final payment.

Do you travel?
Events within 15 miles of 30308 are included.
Events beyond this radius are subject to a $2 per mile travel fee.

How much space do you need?
Typically a small 6–8 ft footprint.
 

Do you need power?
Usually. We prefer to be within 20 feet of a grounded outlet, but can provide our own power source when absolutely necessary.

Can you customize the labels of pre-packaged cotton candy gifts and party favors?
Yes! Let us know what you're envisioning and we'll make it happen. Customizations are subject to an additional rate. 

SHIPPING FAQs

How long does cotton candy stay fresh?
Unopened tubs stay fresh for 5–10 weeks.
 

When will my order ship?
Orders are spun fresh. Please allow 5-7 business days to arrive to your door.
 

What shipping method do you use?
We ship via USPS Ground Advantage.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Pickup options are available at checkout for Atlanta customers.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our product, returns aren’t accepted — but we’re happy to help if there’s an issue. Send us an email to hello@flossiescottoncandy.com!

How much profit do we make?
Groups earn $4 per tub when sold at the suggested retail price.

Is there a minimum order?
Bulk fundraisers require a 50 tub minimum.

How long do tubs last?
5-10 weeks unopened.

Do you provide order forms?
Yes, we provide simple materials for pre-sale fundraisers.
